Farnsworth Enterprises / Ian Farnsworth built a custom boathouse for me, including covered boat slip, upper deck and attached two story boathouse. They also built a sea wall with steps into the water to increase the functionality and structural integrity of the entire job. Everything was done with exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism and done in a timely manner even though we had many add on's and changes. Ian and his crew did a fantastic job! Our yard is on a steep slope and every time it rained, we had rivers of storm water rushing down to the lake carrying tons of top soil and sediment with it. Ian terraced our property, installed a couple of retaining walls and added stormwater creek beds to handle the runoff. He then added two beautiful flagstone staircases going from our house down to the lake. What a difference!!! Ian solved all our problems.
